Stock Market Jumps in Pre-Market Trading Session

The US stock market jumped in pre-market trading session as growing prospects for further economic stimulus lifted sentiment among investors in the United States and all over the world. 

On Friday, morning, the Dow Jones jumped 0.40 percent to be at 30,051.00, while the S&P 500 jumped 0.32 percent to be at 3,676.25, and the Nasdaq 100 jumped 0.35 percent to be at 12,506.25.

In Asia, the HSI jumped 0.40 percent to be at 26835.92, while Japanís NIKKEI fell 0.22 percent to be at 26751.24, and Chinaís SHANGHAI jumped 0.07 percent to be at 3444.58. In European markets, the STOXX jumped 0.39 percent to be at 3078.75, and the FTSE jumped 0.84 percent to be at 6544.68.

In commodities, oil prices jumped 1.14 percent to be at $46,16 per barrel, while natural gas prices fell 1.36 percent to be at $2,47 per BTU.

Meanwhile, platinum prices jumped 3.12 percent to be at $1,071 per ounce, while copper prices jumped 0.96 percent to be at $3,52 per pound. Also, gold prices jumped 0.27 percent to be at $1,846 per ounce and silver prices jumped 0.99 percent to be at $24,38 per ounce.

In currencies, the Euro fell 0.1943 percent to be at $0,8218 per US dollar, while the Yen jumped 0.1156 percent or 0.1200 points and the Sterling fell 0.2151 percent to be at $0,7421 per US dollar.
